Rental conditions and details
- Check-in on Saturday from 16:00 to 19:00
- Check-out on Saturday by 10:00
- Advance payment at time of reservation: 30%
- Balance to be paid on arrival
- Security deposit: € 100 due on arrival, reimbursed on departure if apartment is left in good condition
- Final cleaning charge: € 20,00 for "Il Rustico" and "Sottotetto"; € 40,00 for "La Torretta" and "Il Focolare"
- Heating cost € 4,00 / m3 for "La Torretta" and "Il Focolare"
- Heating cost € 8,00 a day for "Il Rustico" and "Sottotetto"
- Baby crib: € 15
