In origin, it was a small hayloft next to the main house; a recent restructuring has converted it into a small studio apartment of about 32 sq. m. with its own entrance.
The ground floor has a large main room with a kitchen and living room with a sofa bed that can sleep up to 2 more guests, particularly children. The first floor has a bedroom with double bed and the bathroom. The floors are entirely in Tuscan terracotta.
